Surrey, BC – The Surrey Eagles and Cherished Memories Photography will be hosting a “Knapsack Drive” this Sunday, May 15th from 12-3pm at the South Surrey Arena in support of Elementary students in need throughout the Surrey School District.
The Eagles are encouraging everyone to donate a new Knapsack full of new school supplies. At the end of the Knapsack Drive, the Knapsacks will be distributed throughout the Surrey School District to ensure that Elementary students in need have access to brand new school supplies required to further their education. The goal is to collect 150 new Knapsacks with new school supplies this Sunday.
Bring the entire family as Surrey Eagles players will be on hand to sign autographs along with other vendors, treats & attractions. Plus, everyone who donates a new Knapsack full of new school supplies will receive four (4) free tickets to a Surrey Eagles game next season and be entered into a draw for a chance to win a pair of Eagles season tickets.
