Surrey, B.C. – The BCHL has approved of additional scheduling changes regarding the Surrey Eagles this weekend. Due to the Powell River Kings entering the BCHL’s Covid-19 protocol, the Surrey Eagles will not be playing the Powell River Kings on Saturday January 8th, and Sunday January 9th. These games will be rescheduled at a later date. The full BCHL statement from today is below.
The Eagles will instead be playing the Coquitlam Express inside the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex on January 8th. Puck drop is slated for 6:00pm in Coquitlam, and you can catch the broadcast live on BCHL TV (Powered by HockeyTV) and on mixlr.com/eaglesbchl.
