Eagles Acquire Connor Sundquist From Salmon Arm

The Surrey Eagles have acquired 20-year-old forward Connor Sundquist from the Salmon Arm Silverbacks for future considerations.

Sundquist, a native of Galstonbury, CT tallied 13 goals and 30 points last season for the Silverbacks in his first BCHL season. He is committed to play for NCAA division I hockey for Colorado College next season.

This trade also reunites him with new Eagles head coach Brandon West, who is familiar with his style of play. West and general manager Blaine Neufeld continue to fine tune the roster as the final days of training camp come closer.

The Eagles fourth and final pre-season matchup is set for Saturday night at 7 PM vs the visiting Chilliwack Chiefs. All exhibition games this year at South Surrey Arena are free admission for spectators. Come out and cheer on your new-look Eagles!
